Refund policy

 EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS 

We hope that you will be pleased with your online purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product, please notify us within 7 (seven) days of your receipt of goods. For all returns/exchanges we require a picture of the product with your request to: info@zannaskin.com. Please also include a picture of the batch number and BB (best before) date, which is found on the bottom of the bottle. Please note this refund policy only applies to purchases made from www.zannaskin.com. For any products purchased from via a retailers, the refund policy of the retailer will apply.

1. Unopened products 

To be Eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and in its original packaging (saleable condition). Ship the unopened products back to us within 7 days of receiving your order, customer to bear the shipments costs of the return.

If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee, once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition. 


2. Opened products: 

In the case of opened products, your items may qualify for a refund if one of the following scenarios occur: 

  • Faulty Packaging 
  • Product default 
  • Allergic reaction – photographic evidence is needed in this case 

We require before-and/or-after photos to process a refund for opened products within 7 days of receiving your order & using the product. The refund will be done in the form of the original payment method of the order. 

Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.

Please include a copy of your receipt (including order number, name, email address, phone number, photos) and your reason for returning the product(s). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package or provide your with a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
